LiteZapp Online Returns and Refund Policy

RETURNS (ONLINE ONLY)
You have 14 days to notify us that you wish to return your product(s) from the date you receive them. To be eligible for a return, you must send the product(s) back in the same condition that you received them and in its original packaging. You have an additional 14 days to return your product(s) back to us. Please retain your proof of purchase.
EXCHANGE (ONLINE ONLY)
If you wish to exchange an item for another, you are responsible for returning the unwanted products back to us, in full working order, with original packaging, to swap for another product. You will be charged for delivery of the new products, as per our standard delivery charges.
The delivery cost for incorrectly ordered items is non-refundable.
REFUNDS (ONLINE ONLY) – FAULTY / DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Applicable to goods damaged in transit. You can apply for a full refund or an exchange. Once we receive your product(s) back, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment, please provide the details for the refund). We will refund your money back within 14 days of receiving the product(s) back.
For incorrectly ordered items: you will be responsible for paying the return postage back to us. Please ensure that at the time of purchase you have checked the products(s) in your basket before proceeding to the checkout. If you need to re-order, you can do this via the website however you will have to pay for your replacement product(s) to be posted to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable for incorrectly ordered product(s).
For damaged items: if your product(s) has unfortunately arrived damaged, you must inform us by emailing email@example.com within 24 hours and submit photographic evidence. You have 14 days to return the damaged product(s) back to us.
Once we receive your product(s) back, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). We will refund your money back within 14 days of receiving the product(s) back.
Return shipping costs are refundable for damaged product(s), you would need to provide your original payment details for a refund.
