If your LiteZapp product stops working and falls within the warranty period (1yr), then you are entitled to an exchange at no extra charge. Please email us immediately at hello@litezapp.com with 'Exchange' in the subject line, followed by your order number and details, and we can look into this promptly for you. We will issue you with an RMA number and get you to send the product back to us for testing. If after we have tested the product, the product is working, we will ship it back out to you. If it is not working, we will issue you with an exchange.
