Please email us hello@litezapp.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with 'Delivery Damage' in the subject line, followed by your order number and details, and we can look into this promptly for you. If we can ascertain that the product is damaged and beyond repair, we will send you out a replacement free of charge. We may ask you to return the product back to us using a prepaid label.
